Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

DemoSparkle is organized by Gravity Conservation LLC ("Organizer", "we", "us").

2. Event Model

DemoSparkle is free to attend and free to demo. Submission through the waitlist does not guarantee a demo spot. Selection decisions are made by the Organizer to maintain event quality, safety, and schedule balance.

3. Sponsorship Terms

DemoSparkle offers a Founding Sponsor program. Founding Sponsor spots are priced at $500 per month with a required 12 month commitment, available to the first 5 companies.

A company secures a Founding Sponsor spot only after written confirmation from the Organizer and completion of onboarding/payment setup. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sponsorship fees are billed monthly. Sponsors are eligible for refunds in cases of early termination; refunds are prorated for any prepaid, unused full months remaining after the termination effective date.

4. Eligibility and Conduct

Participants must provide accurate information, comply with all laws, and behave respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, unsafe behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the event and future disqualification.

5. Demo Content Standards

You represent that your demo materials are lawful and do not violate third-party rights. The Organizer may reject or remove demos involving illegal activity, infringement, malware, deceptive practices, or unsafe hardware/software behavior.

6. Recording and Promotion

By attending, demoing, or sponsoring, you acknowledge that photos, audio, and video may be captured in public event areas and used for event documentation and promotion. If you need specific accommodations, contact the Organizer before the event.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your project and demo materials. By participating, you grant the Organizer a limited, non-exclusive license to reference your project name, logo, and short description for event operations and promotional recaps.

8. Assumption of Risk

Attendance and participation are at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to the event or website use.

9. Changes and Cancellations

The Organizer may modify the program, schedule, venue, capacity, sponsor benefits, or cancel/postpone an event at any time for operational, safety, or legal reasons.

10. Website Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation. We may update or suspend website features, including waitlist forms, without prior notice.
